How I Got Here

HR-Qualified, a stint in the NHS, then 10 years of accelerated progression at BT, with various HR Leadership roles, culminating in a Global role in the BT and AT&T Merger.

1992

Interim professional specialising in helping complex businesses transform and adapt. Assignments included Barclays, UBS, Barclaycard, Thomson Reuters, Lebara Mobile, Openreach and Primark. Roles included Chief People Officer, Programme Lead and Global Head of Talent.

Interim 

2003

Becoming a Portfolio professional who encompasses HR Consultancy projects for high growth SMEs, such as iHorizon, Gousto & 3173 Spence.

Advisory to a series of seed-funded HR Tech Start-Ups such as Beamery, Clear Review and Predictivehire.

Finally, winning industry awards for thought leadership to HR professionals globally.

Portfolio 

2016

Adding Fractional HR services to my portfolio with  embedded assignments at Mubadala Venture Capital & Private Equity, HiG Capital and their portfolio companies, as well as Seaforth Land.
Continuing also to work on big change projects with Boohoo,  Astound Commerce, MOD Recruitment and continuing to support HR Tech Start-Ups, mentoring & building Community.
